Description:Strobosphere is an album by Bailter Space, released in 2012. The album is a pop LP. -
Vinyl LP pressing. 2012 album from the New Zealand Indie icons, their first album of new recordings in 13 years. The band were once described by Pitchfork as 'simultaneously beautiful, jagged, atonal, and supremely melodic' and Strobosphere emerges at a time when the band's trail-blazing sound has never been more relevant. Revered as one of the loudest and most intense live bands of all time, they haven't lost any of their bite or their love of tone, dissonance, and melody.
Produced, recorded and mixed in New York City by Bailterspace @ 30 Below and Space 8 studio. Thanks to Todd Lindner - Bass `Dset`, `No Sense`, `Meeting Place`. Nick Roughan - Record and mix `World We Share` in Aotearoa. Design - John Foster at Badpeoplegoodthings Cover photography by A.
