Mother Love Bone was an American rock band that emerged from Seattle’s grunge scene in the late 1980s. Composed of several talented musicians, Mother Love Bone was one of the most promising bands of the time. Mother Love Bone was formed in 1988 by vocalist Andrew Wood and guitarist Stone Gossard, who had previously played together in the group Green River.
