Byron Walls draws on 40 years as a professional singer/songwriter in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Here he has pulled together tunes covering a conglomeration of human conditions he has written over the last 20 years for such diverse performers as Andy Williams and Glenn Yarborough. From the sad and fatalistic "Things Change" to the amusing "A Piece of Me", Walls is funny, hip, defiant, world weary, sardonic, cool and witty. As a Warner Bros. Staff songwriter in the mid-'70s, he wrote songs for Ed Ames, Burl Ives, Emmy Lou Harris and others.
