Domino 2019 CD reissue in 'mini-LP replica' packaging. Disc artwork based closely on original UK United Artists label design. The disc sits inside rounded-corner inner dust-sleeve featuring the original inner sleeve design (the cover and disc include spot-color and florescent inks). Includes 36 page square-bound booklet.
