Came with a plain black poly-lined inner sleeve. Runouts are etched. The faintly inscribed Optimal "geometric" marks (e.g. '1V' and '1+') are mirrored. The speech bubble on the lower left corner of the back sleeve is misaligned. It's slightly over the Zappa Records logo instead of being under the number 15 (see image).
