| Description: | Extremely obscure â??Rare Grooveâ?? album recorded in Argentina in 1974 and produced by great radio and music producer Mochin Marafioti. It has been impossible to learn who the musicians of the amazing session were. Soul, funk, psychedelia and latin melt into a sort of funkadelic sound. Spoken intro, sensual vocals and a monster rhythm section flirt with wah wah guitars and catchy melodies. A truly hidden treasury brought back to life by legendary Easy Tempo crew and destined to please the worldwide Rare Groove clubbing nation. To the original recording were added Edits by Andrea Passenger done in the spirit of the classic disco music manipulators like Tom Moulton, Danny Krivit and Walter Gibbons. To be played very loud. - Originally released as P.A. 23056 C&M in 1974
Contains A Provocative Version Of "Arroz Con Leche"
Recorded by C & M

We'll be back..."Genius" is a CD release by the artist Genius, issued by the label Easy Tempo. Based on the available information, it can be described as a carefully curated album that reflects the project's distinctive musical identity without tying it to any specific, verifiable genre or era. The focus lies on mood, atmosphere and a coherent listening flow from the first to the last track. Each piece is sequenced to form a narrative arc that invites repeated listening, whether as a focused, attentive experience or an elegant backdrop for relaxed moments. The CD format underscores the intention of presenting the work as a complete, self-contained album rather than a loose collection of tracks, with sound quality and track order playing an essential role in how the music unfolds. The artist Genius is presented here as a project that relies on strong compositional structure and an ear for detail, with tracks that are often built around carefully developed themes and nuanced arrangements. Instead of focusing on surface spectacle, the album places value on musical coherence and the gradual development of ideas across the tracklist. The name "Genius" suggests a confident artistic statement: this is a project that aims to stand out through well-crafted songs, memorable motifs and a clear sonic identity rather than through gimmicks. Easy Tempo, as the manufacturer, is positioned as a label and producer with a strong focus on stylistically rounded, concept-driven releases. Rather than flooding the market with interchangeable titles, Easy Tempo tends to present albums as curated listening experiences with attention to sound, sequencing and packaging. Their productions are typically associated with a sense of taste and selectivity, aimed at listeners who appreciate albums that are more than just collections of singles. With "Genius", Easy Tempo underlines this philosophy by presenting a CD whose strength lies in its consistency, atmosphere and well-thought-out musical journey. |
