About Frank Zappa:
Frank Zappa was an American musician, composer, and filmmaker. He was one of the most prolific and innovative musicians of the 20th century, and his work spanned a wide range of genres, including rock, jazz, classical, and electronic music. Zappa was born in Baltimore, Maryland in 1940. He began playing music at an early age and formed his first band, The Blackouts, in high school. After graduating from high school, Zappa moved to Los Angeles and began working as a session musician. In 1964, he formed the Mothers of Invention, a band that would become one of the most influential and controversial rock bands of the 1960s.
The Mothers of Invention released a series of groundbreaking albums in the 1960s, including Freak Out! (1966), Absolutely Free (1967), and We're Only in It for the Money (1968). These albums were known for their experimental music, their satirical lyrics, and their innovative use of studio technology.
In the 1970s, Zappa continued to release solo albums and albums with various backing bands. He also began to experiment with film and video, and he directed several short films and feature-length films.

Die nun vorliegende Box kommt in sehr guter Klangqualität und enthält ein paar schöne Live-Mitschnitte.
Große Überraschungen gibt es nicht, jedoch macht die Box rundum glücklich.
